Where are the ingredients sourced from?

Our wine is sustainably grown in a cooperative of small farmers in Italy, and our organic orange juice comes from California.

What is the ratio of wine to orange juice in the Modern Mimosa?

After a LOT of taste testing, we found the ideal ratio; The Modern Mimosa is about 3/4 wine (+ bubbles!) and 1/4 organic orange juice.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes! Our cans, rings, and boxes can be recycled.

Is the Modern Mimosa gluten free / vegan?

The Modern Mimosa is not certified gluten free or vegan.

Does the Modern Mimosa need to be refrigerated?

The Modern Mimosa does not need to be refrigerated, but we recommend chilling before serving.

What is the shelf life of the Modern Mimosa?

We recommend consuming the Modern Mimosa within 6 to 12 months of production.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Federal law requires that someone of at least 21 years of age sign for all wine shipments. If no one is home to sign at the time of delivery, FedEx or UPS must return the wine to its local warehouse and then reschedule delivery.

If you have your shipment sent to a business address, delivery usually takes place in the mid-morning and can be signed for by any person at least 21 years of age on the premises.

Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?

No, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Do you ship wines to all states?

We do not ship to states that restrict wines shipments (Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Utah)

Can we ship wines outside the United States?

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can only be shipped within the US (excluding states that restrict wine shipments).

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order is processed.

Can I cancel my order?
