Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Hopwood, LLC d/b/a Mayne & Co. or Mayne Squeeze (together with our affiliates, “Mayne & Co.”) products and services, including those offered through our website (https://maynesip.comand mobile application, any content, functionality and services offered therein, online and offline events, and communications, including our branded pages on third-party platforms (collectively, the “Platform”) and explains how we collect, use and, share the personal information of Platform users (collectively “Users” or “you”).

By submitting your information to us or by using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Platform. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Platform Terms and Conditions.

  1. What Personal Information does Mayne & Co. Collect?

“Personal Information” generally means information that identifies you as an individual, and any other information we associate with it. We gather several types of information from Users, in a few different ways.

  1. Information that You Provide

We collect the information and content you voluntarily provide to us, which may include:

  • User information, such as name, email address, date of birth, and social media handle;
  • Transaction information, such as mailing and/or shipping address, telephone number and payment information, when you create an account or make a purchase;
  • Any information you provide in communications with us, including via social media, e-mail or our customer service center; and
  • Other information you may provide to us, such as when you enter a contest or complete a survey, or any content or contributions you post in a public space on the Platform. This includes comments, reviews, ratings, videos and photos that you might submit (“User Content”). You alone are responsible for your User Content, and if you choose to post or submit it to the Platform, it cannot always be withdrawn. 
  1. Automatically Collected Information

Cookies and Similar Technologies:  We use cookies and similar technology when you visit or use the Platform. A cookie is a small data file that is placed on the hard drive of your computer when you visit a website. A session cookie expires immediately when you end your session (i.e., close your browser). A persistent cookie stores information on the hard drive so when you end your session and return to the same website, at a later date, the cookie information is still available. We use cookies to improve the quality of our services when you use the Platform. We also use cookies to remind us of who you are, tailor our products, services and advertising, estimate our audience size, assist our suppliers to track visits and sales, and to process your order and/or analyze how you use the Platform. Certain of our partners or vendors may use cookies and collect information on our behalf. In addition, we or certain of our partners or vendors, in connection with the services that they provide to us, may work with third parties who may use cookies to collect information to tailor advertising for you through the Platform.

In some of our email messages, we may use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Platform. When a User clicks onto one of these URLs, the User will pass through our server before arriving at the destination page. We track this click-through data to help us determine User interest in certain subject matter and measure the effectiveness of our communications. You can avoid being tracked in this way by not clicking text or graphic links in emails from Mayne & Co.

Usage Data:  Our servers automatically record information sent by your browser when you visit or use our Platform (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as the manufacturer and model of your mobile device; your Internet Service Provider (ISP); your  Internet Protocol (IP) address or other device identifiers, browser type, and operating system; referring / exit pages; clickstream data; pages of our website that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on the Platform, and access times and dates; and other statistics.

We use Usage Data for technical administration of the Platform, including to monitor and analyze use of the Platform, to increase functionality and user-friendliness of the Platform, and to better tailor the Platform to Users’ needs. Usage Data may be non-identifying or it may be associated with you. Whenever we associate Usage Data with you or your personal information, however, we will treat it as personal information.

  1. Third Parties

We may receive personal information from third parties such as advertising and marketing partners, public databases, and social media platforms, to supplement the information we receive from Users. If we do so, this Policy governs how we can use that information.

  1. How is my Personal Information Used?

We use your information for a variety of business and commercial purposes, including:

  • to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform;
  • to confirm you are of legal age;
  • to respond to your comments, questions, and requests, and to provide customer service, including order fulfillment;
  • to communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by Mayne & Co. and others, and provide news and information that we think will be of interest to you;
  • to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
  • to facilitate contests, sweepstakes and promotions and process and deliver entries and rewards;
  • to monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Platform;
  • to detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of Mayne & Co.;
  • to link or combine with information we get from the Platform, and from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service;
  • to maintain appropriate records for internal administrative purposes; and
  • to carry out any other purpose described to you at the time that the information was collected or as permitted by law.
  1. With Whom and why does Mayne & Co. Share My Information?

In addition to sharing information with our affiliates, we may share information about you, including personal information, as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Order Fulfillment

Mayne & Co. is a third-party marketer and licensee of KDM Global Partners, LLC. Orders on the Platform are fulfilled directly by KDM Global Partners and your purchase and shipping information is shared with KDM for that purpose.

  1. Vendors and Professional Service Providers

We may disclose your personal information to vendors, consultants and other service providers under contract who help with our business operations, such as accounting, advertising and marketing, audit, insurance, IT and security, legal and compliance, operations, payment processing, recruitment, research and site analytics, tax, or web hosting.

  1. With Other Users of the Platform

User Content, including reviews, are publicly accessible on the Internet. We cannot prevent further use of this information. You can control what information you share in ratings and reviews on the Platform or of our products and services.

  1. In Connection with Promotions

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in connection with certain promotions or events you may choose to participate in. To the extent that the promotion’s rules concerning the treatment of your personal information are stricter than this Privacy Policy, the promotion’s rules apply.

  1. With Legal and Law Enforcement

We may share information collected about you with law enforcement, governmental agencies, or authorized third parties, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other person to legal liability or if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, applicable law or legal process.

  1. Change of Control

We may transfer or disclose your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

We may share your information with your consent or at your specific direction.

  1. Marketing Communications

[You can opt out of receiving promotional communications by modifying your preferences in your account profile.] To stop receiving SMS / text marketing communications, you may reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. To unsubscribe from email marketing, click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any such email. If you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related messages, we may still send you important administrative messages, such as emails about your accounts or purchases.

  1. Cookies

Most browsers can be configured to reject cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you reject all cookies, you may be unable to use portions of the Platform. Please note that the Platform may not work correctly with certain cookies rejected.

  1. California Rights

Certain California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. 

Right to Know. California residents may have the right to request the following information from us:  

  • The categories of personal information that we collect, use, disclose, and sell, as applicable;
  • The categories of sources from which personal information is collected;
  • The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling (if applicable) the personal information;
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information; and
  • The specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you.  

Right to Delete. California residents may have the right to request that we delete your personal information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may keep personal information as required or permitted by law, or to process transactions and facilitate customer and service requests.


Right to Opt-Out. We do not sell the personal information of California residents. 

Submitting a Request. To make a request to access or delete your personal information, please email us at privacy@maynesqueeze.com. Please provide your name, address, and email, so that we can authenticate and verify your request.

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Please have your agent provide a copy of your written authorization confirming their authority to submit a privacy request for you to Mayne & Co. Both you and your agent must sign and date the form. We will verify your identity directly with you. 

We will not discriminate against California residents who exercise their privacy rights.

Shine the LightCalifornia law permits customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us as provided below.

  1. Do Not Track

Because there currently is not a universally accepted technological or legal standard for recognizing or honoring “do not track” signals as reflections of user choice, we do not respond to them at this time.

  1. The Platform is for Adults in the United States

The Platform is operated in the United States and intended for use by Users in the U.S. who are age 21 or above. Mayne & Co. makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or will be available for use in other locations.

If you choose to access the Platform from outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers and servers located in the United States, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your home jurisdiction. Your submission of such information represents your agreement to the transfer of such information to the United States and the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with United States law and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Your Responsibilities

We urge you to keep any password that you establish with us in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also remember to log out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to ensure that others cannot access your account.

  1. Protecting Underage Persons

We do not permit anyone under the age of 21 to use the Platform. We also do not send messaging correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 21. We reserve the right to cancel your order or terminate your account if we believe, in our sole discretion, that a User is under the age of 21.

  1. Social Media Features and Widgets

Our website includes social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button, and widgets such as a “share this” button. These features may collect your IP address, which page you visit on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these features and widgets are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.

  1. Links to Other Web Sites 

The Platform contains links to other sites operated by third parties, and such links are provided for your convenience only. Mayne & Co. is not responsible for the actions of those third parties, the content of their websites, or any practices they may follow.

  1. Security

We use standard physical, technical, and administrative measures designed to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your personal information. Unfortunately, no system or network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us.

  1. Retention

We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by for legal, auditing, or compliance purposes.

  1. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following notification or posting of such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
